purpose of the job

The technology project manager provides expert, customer-focused service to boost organizational performance. The role's purpose is to deliver technology configuration expertise within the technology leadership chapter and technology enterprise department, including technical workstream delivery and support.

key performance indicators

  • Maintain high chapter engagement scores (above 8.1 in Workday Peakon).
  • Improve chapter working practices and processes.
  • Effectively manage chapters.
  • Provide project assurance for related workstreams.
  • Serve as the escalation point for the chapter.
  • Provide first/second-level client support and resolve issues.
  • Resolve issues independently within SLA.
  • Maintain technology partner communication.
  • Provide application training to operational teams.
  • Lead/participate in testing for implementations and changes.
  • Update and improve the toolkit and knowledge base.

your responsibilities

Guides managers on the application of existing procedures and precedents.

  • Advises both internal and external clients.
  • Keeps management informed about expertise and relevant developments.
  • Addresses specialized inquiries and provides expert advice/consultation.
  • Shares professional knowledge of processes, resources, and tools (knowledge sharing).

Conducting Needs Assessments:

  • Investigates inquiries related to existing programs, processes, and procedures.
  • Translates customer needs (internal and external) into product and service requirements.

Project Management: 

  • Supports project activities by adhering to established procedures.
  • Implement products and services in business.
  • Proposes and implements improvements to workforce processes and organizational expertise.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for our client regarding expertise.
  • Participates in and leads client-facing meetings.

Data Collection & Analysis: 

  • Modifies and reviews reports as requested by stakeholders to ensure relevance.
  • Generates accurate reports by gathering data from various sources and formatting it appropriately.
  • Prepares scheduled and ad hoc reports.
  • Creates data-driven presentations to specifications.
  • Consolidates client data for report generation.
  • Maintains and reviews datasets, ensuring data quality, identifying discrepancies, and providing solutions.
  • Proactively recommends improvements to tool usage and data management processes. 

education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent,  demonstrating intellectual ability.

experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an MSP (Managed Services Provider) or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) business.
  • At least 2 years of experience with major technology providers.
  • Experience within the RPO/MSP industry and/or within specific expertise.
  • Experience with reporting and vendor management/applicant tracking systems, CRM databases and analytic tools.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office/Google for Business applications.
  • Prior experience in staffing or MSP environments is preferred.
  • Experience working in a project-based, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic experience coordinating the work of others.
  • Experience in stakeholder management to middle management level.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus and/or commission. In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range may be listed as a salary or hourly rate.

Salary Range:  The base salary range for this position is $80,000-100,000.
