About the role

Are you an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant with a passion for Civil and Building Trades? 

We're looking for a proactive 360 recruiter to take over a high-potential desk with a strong base of national clients and significant room for growth. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to hit the ground running and quickly build on an existing network to unlock major earning potential.

What you'll be doing:

• Focus on recruiting for a variety of infrastructure roles,from entry-level positions to highly skilled trades including civil labourer, civil plant operator, concreter & pipe layer.
• Proactively manage a 360 recruitment desk, handling everything from business development to client and candidate management.
• Conduct regular client site visits to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Source, screen, and place top-tier talent.
• Work autonomously and manage your desk to maximize your potential.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment or a related sales role within the trades or construction industry.
• A confident, ambitious, and highly motivated personality who thrives in a client-facing environment.
• A natural relationship-builder who is comfortable visiting client sites and building a strong network.
• Someone who is self-motivated and doesn't require micromanagement to succeed.
