Client Partner

Randstad Sourceright is a subsidiary of the Randstad Group that assists large national and international companies by managing all or part of their temporary staffing processes within their human resources department.

We are searching for a dynamic and insightful Intelligence Client Partner. In this role, you will support our client, a leading global provider of IT infrastructure services, by transforming talent data and market intelligence into a competitive advantage. You will be their dedicated strategic partner, crafting the narrative that empowers them to navigate the complexities of the talent landscape and win the best people.

What you will do:

• Shape the client's long-term talent strategy by providing deep market and competitor intelligence.

• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding complex sourcing challenges and providing data-driven, innovative solutions.

• Lead comprehensive secondary research across various industries, job families, and locations using market data tools and advanced search techniques.

• Transform raw data into compelling, visually engaging presentations and narratives that tell a clear story.

• Present key findings and demonstrate the value of our insights during the client's Quarterly Business Reviews.

Who we are looking for:

• A candidate with a University or Post-Graduate degree.

• Proven expertise in data analysis, in-depth research, and the use of boolean logic.

• Excellent presentation skills with experience delivering insights to international clients and stakeholders.

• A natural consultative approach to problem-solving and strong relationship management abilities.

• Experience in a research-focused role, recruitment operations, or a dedicated talent intelligence function.

• A solid understanding of the recruitment industry and labor market dynamics, particularly across the EMEA region.
