Business Services Specialist – Global Tech Client

Location: Hungary (Hybrid: 1 day/month on-site Budapest)

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the Candidate Journey: Schedule and manage complex interviews across multiple time zones for candidates and hiring managers.
• Data Integrity: Maintain precise records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Strategic Support: Assist with reporting, presentations, and the management of job advertisements.
• Process Innovation: Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to boost team efficiency.
• Information Management: Handle high-volume inbox management and ensure strict adherence to data protection standards.
