Senior Sourcing Recruiter

Randstad Sourceright is a subsidiary of the Randstad Group that assists large national and international companies by managing all or part of their temporary staffing processes within their human resources department.

We are searching for a Senior Sourcing Recruiter. In this role, you will support our client, a global leader in science and technology with three distinct business sectors: Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics. You will be a key part of our dedicated RPO team, driving recruitment for their service centre in Poland.

What you will do:

• Proactively source, screen, and identify top talent using various channels and methods, including professional networks, social media, and advanced sourcing tools.
• Partner closely with Talent Advisors to understand recruitment needs, define sourcing strategies, and build robust candidate pipelines for a variety of roles.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for potential candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while effectively communicating the client's value proposition.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with established KPIs, focusing on quality, efficiency, and key metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.

Who we are looking for:

• A proactive and curious individual with a drive for continuous improvement in talent sourcing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates professionally.
• An experienced Sourcer with a minimum of 2-4  years of experience in similar role
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other social media platforms for talent attraction.
• Familiarity with a variety of sourcing tools and recruitment technologies.
• A true team player who enjoys collaborating closely with an international team.
• Strong organizational skills and experience working effectively in a KPI-driven environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
