The Role

As a Talent Advisor, you will be a strategic business partner, coach, and consultant to hiring managers throughout the hiring process. You'll be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of Go to Market (gtm) and Sales roles.

You will:

  • Act as the main strategic and tactical Talent Advisor for your assigned business group, understanding both their short- and long-term needs.
  • Develop and implement sourcing and fulfillment strategies to support business objectives.
  • Build a diverse pipeline of highly skilled candidates and effectively manage candidate relationships.
  • Drive staffing programs and projects while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use social media channels like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to contribute to our talent brand.
  • Collect and analyze data to create recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant staffing experience with a proven track record of strong career accomplishments
  • Experience in the full life cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, assessing, negotiating, and closing
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment law, and government regulations
  • Strong communication, business engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven critical thinking, judgment, coaching, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Required English-speaking knowledge
  • A good understanding of AI is a plus
  • Proven records of participating in or leading initiatives such as hiring campaigns or continuous improvement projects
