Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Automation QA Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our Quality Assurance
team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java, along with
proficiency in API testing, SQL, and web application testing. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining
automated test suites, ensuring our applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for web applications.
- Create and run API tests using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
- Validate data by writing and executing SQL queries against databases.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to understand features and test
requirements.
- Analyze test results, log defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.
- Participate in daily Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in automation testing.
- Proficient in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Strong knowledge of web application testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation.
