As a Sr. Operational Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving proactive end-to-end RPO and MSP value stream transformations, utilizing both Lean Six Sigma methodologies and advanced automation technologies. You'll work with Gen AI, low-code integration, and RPA platforms to develop solutions that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Innovation & Automation Leadership: Lead the discovery and analysis of key RPO and MSP value streams, identifying and prioritizing short-term and mid-to-long-term improvement opportunities.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate with regional, GBS, Global Operations Office, and Automation CoE leaders to develop strategic roadmaps for key workflows and value streams, building compelling business cases and securing stakeholder buy-in.
- Delivery & Monitoring: Oversee the delivery of critical process optimization and automation projects, from solution design through deployment, ensuring high quality and on-time completion.
- Benefits Realization: Accurately capture and report automation program benefits throughout the project lifecycle, tracking progress against KPIs and validating actual vs. estimated benefits.
- Continuous Improvement & Upskilling: Drive the adoption of new tools and techniques by partnering with Technology and vendors, and actively contribute to training and upskilling regional and operational leadership on Lean Six Sigma and automation technologies.
We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional and intellectual ability.
- Advanced qualifications/certifications in Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt certification (Essential).
- At least 5 years of experience in process re-engineering and Operational/Process Excellence, with expertise in Lean Six Sigma and one or more automation technologies (RPA, low-code BPM, workflow orchestration, Gen AI/ML).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A highly collaborative and emotionally intelligent individual who thrives in a high-growth, global, virtual environment.
- Strong analytical skills, highly numerate, and proficient in data analysis, visualization, and presentation tools.
- Ability to challenge the status quo, work under ambiguous circumstances, and demonstrate a strong execution ability with a sense of urgency.
- Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 etc.) preferred.
- International experience in a staffing/recruitment organization is a plus, but not essential.
