We are looking for a Communication Lead / Internal Communications Manager who treats communication as a strategic business enabler and a vital driver of change management — not just an informational checklist.

In this role, you will be a trusted partner to our business leaders. You will connect the dots between strategy, cutting-edge technology (including AI transformation), and our people into one clear, inspiring story.

You won’t just inform — you will design communication experiences that build trust, spark engagement, and guide our teams through meaningful organizational change.

What You Will Do

• Drive Strategic Change: Translate complex business strategies, tech transformations, and new ways of working (such as AI-driven processes) into simple, compelling, and human-centric narratives.
• Partner with Senior Leadership: Advise and coach leadership on how to authentically articulate direction, manage change, and inspire readiness across the organization.
• Design Engaging Experiences: Move beyond the mainstream. Experiment with modern communication formats, interactive content, and touchpoints that genuinely resonate with diverse teams.
• Overcome Communication Barriers: Identify organizational friction points and design targeted initiatives to accelerate adoption and buy-in.
• Apply Change Psychology: Foster an environment where employees understand the why, see the bigger picture, and easily find their own role in the transformation journey.
