We have an exciting leadership opportunity opening up right here on our Google account, and because we are looking for someone who is already deeply embedded in our ecosystem, we are opening this up to our current team first.

We are seeking a Grade 16 Operations Manager to lead our recruitment delivery for EMEA Campus.

The Role & The Team

In this role, you will be taking the reins of a high-performing team of 10–15 Talent Advisors across different levels, specifically focusing on Campus (Early careers, internships, apprenticeships and student researcher) delivery across EMEA. This is a hands-on, strategic position where you will own team performance, drive operational excellence, and manage senior client stakeholder relationships through WBRs and proactive resourcing strategies.

What We Are Looking For

The absolute key to success in this role is deep, practical insider knowledge. We need a leader who doesn't need a ramp-up period on the basics. You should already thoroughly understand:

  • Google’s specific processes, policies, and SOPs. (Huge plus is experience on Campus)

  • The exact inner workings of how our delivery function operates.

  • How to leverage data literacy to meet strict KPIs/SLAs while coaching and developing a team. Possessing data literacy to diagnose operational bottlenecks, forecast hiring trends and turn data into actionable strategy.

  • You thrive in ambiguity and are passionate about future transformation. Bringing vision to design and implement process improvement at scale to maintain high volume work with quality

If you are already living and breathing the Google account’s workflows and are ready to step up to manage, coach, and scale this Campus delivery team, this is your next step.

What’s in it for you?

  • True Community: Continue working with a deeply supportive, collaborative peer network.

  • Career Evolution: A Grade 16 leadership role offering immense exposure to complex recruitment strategies.

  • High Impact: Direct ownership of a critical delivery stream for one of our most dynamic client portfolios.
