We’re looking for a Talent Specialist - Screener (contract)

As a Talent Specialist - Screener, you are responsible for proactively reviewing candidates to determine if they meet requirements and job experience. Successful candidates will bring a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, a process-driven approach, and a keen attention to detail.

your typical day includes

  • Candidate & Partner Engagement: Handling candidate and hiring manager engagement activities.
  • Screening & Qualification: Conducting candidate review, screening, pre-qualification, and presentation.
  • Pipeline Management: Leading candidates through the initial stages of the application process.

 

your responsibilities include

  • Compliance: Ensuring strict recruitment process compliance and diligent system administration.
  • Collaboration: Working together on special projects to improve delivery and team goals.

 

your background

key capabilities & qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6+ months of recruitment support, administration, and/or customer service experience.
  • Tech Savvy: Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience alongside a solid understanding of MS Office or Google products.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Compensation: The base salary range for this position is equivalent to $38,010–$51,450. This role pays hourly and is an RPO contractor position. Pay offered will be based on several factors including education, work experience, location, and specific job duties.

The pay range for this position is $47,840 - $54,080 - this is a W2 hourly RPO contract position.
