about the job

We are looking for a Business Services Specialist who will support our global partner.

This is a dedicated MSP project for a market-leading Randstad client and global leader in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. In this Business Services Specialist role, you will be part of a unique hybrid and cross-border team structure.

Collaborating closely to deliver high-quality recruitment operations and stakeholder engagement. You will join this high-performance environment focused on service excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and operational efficiency for our confidential global partner.

Location: Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid - once a week office attendance)

Language: English and German

what you will do

  • Providing support for Germany and Switzerland (all communications conducted in German)
  • Handling incoming profile updates and modifications
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system or process issues
  • Managing onboarding and pre-employment tasks
  • Managing and consolidating invoices
  • Overseeing contract signatures prior to onboarding
  • Executing offboarding procedures
  • Managing full lifecycle MSP (Managed Service Provider) operations
  • Attending weekly on-site meetings

skills you will need

  • Previous hands-on experience in a similar role, or hands-on experience in a customer support and/or call center role within an office environment.
  • Exceptional fluency in both English and German (written and verbal), with a keen eye for detail and high accuracy in data administration and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage urgency, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain proactivity.
  • Professional maturity and resilience, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
