We are looking for an energetic, curious, and motivated Internal Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic Global Capability Center (GCC) team in Budapest! No prior recruitment experience is required—we will teach you everything you need to know to succeed.

📌 Quick Role Overview

• Location: Budapest, 13th District (Flexible Hybrid Model: only 1 office day per week!)
• Hours: Minimum 10–20 hours per week with opportunities for more based on your availability.
• Core Focus: Sourcing, candidate screening, scheduling, and supporting full-cycle recruitment.

🚀 How You Will Contribute

As an Internal Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be at the heart of our talent engine. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters to identify, engage, and welcome top-tier talent into Randstad’s growing Global Capability Center, helping us find great colleagues while learning the ins and outs of modern recruitment.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Sourcing & Job Posting: Craft engaging job advertisements and post them across career portals, job boards, and social media channels.
• Candidate Screening: Review incoming resumes and conduct outreach to match candidate profiles with open positions.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize phone screens and interview rounds 
• Active Communication: Maintain enthusiastic communication with applicants, provide regular status updates, and conduct phone outreach.
• Database: Manage candidate records within our Tracking System, 

🌟 What We are Looking For

• Education: Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluent command of English is required. Knowledge of additional languages (French, German, or Dutch) is a fantastic bonus!
• Skills & Mindset: Enthusiastic, comfortable making cold calls/phone screens, highly organized with good attention to detail, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
