  • Core Skill Set: Proven track record in executing privacy impact assessments, and supporting delivery of compliance solutions from concept to delivery.
  • AI Curiosity & Growth Mindset: While deep experience in Responsible AI is a bonus, a strong foundation in EU privacy combined with intellectual curiosity and a drive to upskill in AI compliance is fully acceptable.
  • Pragmatic Problem Solver: Ability to work independently without relying solely on rigid standard practices, delivering practical solutions to real-world business challenges.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A business-partnering attitude marked by optimism, an investigative nature, and effective communication skills
  • Education & Languages: Master’s degree or equivalent higher education/experience preferred. Fluent written and spoken English is required.
