Job Profile summary:

Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience within the Enterprise

Description:

  • Maintains open lines of communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process for operational roles
  • Collaborates with HR and department heads to provide post-hiring support, such as creating shift rooster when necessary and ensuring new hires receive necessary training and resources
  • Delivers constructive post-interview feedback from clients to candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience while supporting talent-client relationship
  • Communicates rejection decisions to candidates professionally, offering feedback, guidance in career path customization, and opportunity to be added to talent pool for future roles
  • Shares insights about market trends on Enterprise staffing and candidate expectations to help client refine their hiring strategies
  • Supports employee retention efforts, collaborating with HR to analyze attrition reason and to improve the onboarding experience for Enterprises
  • Networks with industry professionals to enhance recruitment knowledge and practices around operational roles in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
  • develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities

Requirements:
