how you will contribute
As an MSP Director, Client Delivery Services, you will have operational and financial responsibility for client engagements and partnerships through the strategic application of Company and client resources. You will develop and implement business plans, processes, strategy, and skills to improve service delivery and engagement success. As a consultative partnership leader, you will seek and pursue opportunities to advance the scope of services offered, serving as the primary owner of the budget, forecast, and P&L management for your assigned accounts.
your typical day includes
- Account Portfolio Management: Overseeing client service delivery, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining an infrastructure that supports internal and external customers.
- P&L & Performance Tracking: Managing overall P&L, forecasts, and combined account portfolios of up to $50 million in revenue while ensuring all accounts meet SLAs and customer satisfaction targets.
- Strategic Engagement: Fostering strategic alliances and leading content and presentations for business/partnership reviews both internally and externally.
- Team Leadership: Coaching, mentoring, and supporting Program Managers and account staff in a matrix-based environment to meet client requirements.
- Contractual & Financial Oversight: Ensuring all contract schedules are updated, maintaining centralized contract records, and verifying services are billed and collected within contract terms.
your responsibilities include
- Promoting positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to create efficiencies, add value, and expand service support.
- Managing expenses and maximizing recruiter productivity by assigning appropriate workloads.
- Establishing performance metrics, goals, and feedback mechanisms for overall team productivity.
- Managing first-level HR support, employee relations, performance management, time and attendance, and policy interpretation.
- Ensuring overall account compliance with EEO & Diversity standards, corporate guidelines, and client/RSR quality procedures.
- Defining, managing, and leading special projects to enhance service offerings.
your background
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field (or 8–10+ years of equivalent work experience); MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 5–7+ years of related business, recruiting, and operational leadership within a complex organization.
- 3+ years of experience managing and directing professional team members within an MSP client service role.
- Experience managing a P&L, including forecasting.
- Certifications (Preferred): PHR, SPHR, PMI, or Six Sigma disciplines.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency using Google Mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
