We’re looking for an MSP Specialist to join our Sourceright division. Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and in this role, you will be accountable for implementing and delivering a successful managed services program strategy to meet or exceed spend, revenue, and profit targets.

 

How you will contribute

By driving the successful execution of an end-to-end managed services program strategy that directly impacts account profitability.

By alignment of client talent needs with robust supplier management strategies to capture maximum market share.

By serving as an expert advisor to clients on non-FTE procurement strategies and operational excellence.

 

Your typical day includes

Partnering with client stakeholders and internal teams to service the dynamic talent needs of assigned customers.

Monitoring and managing the delivery of workflows, products, and services to achieve agreed client end results.

Executing and delivering structured processes and procedures required to achieve and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance metrics.

 

Your responsibilities include

Accountability for budget management, goals, and objectives alignment across assigned account portfolios.

Serving as a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all aspects of non-FTE procurement.

Implementing forward-thinking strategies designed to capture market share and optimize spend/revenue

targets.

 

Your background

A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred (or equivalent relevant professional experience)

Demonstrated professional experience managing large, complex client accounts or enterprise-level projects.

Proven track record in describing, scoping, and accurately documenting complex project or client requirements.

Proficiency utilizing Google Workspace tools, including Google Mail, calendaring, and shared drives.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00, and will be paid hourly. This is a short term contractor role covering maternity leave.
