We are looking for an Expert Talent Advisor (m/f/d) for a full-time, permanent internal position starting immediately, offering a long-term perspective.

Your Future Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting Coordination: Coordinating the recruitment process for our clients—primarily for technical profiles.
  • Strategic Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire recruitment process (end-to-end)—from the initial briefing with hiring managers to contract signing for niche technical profiles (e.g., Service Engineers).
  • Collaboration: Working trustfully with a wide variety of interfaces, such as the hiring departments, HR Services, and our Active Sourcers, including contact with other business units and group companies of the Randstad Group.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring high-quality, timely staffing and a positive candidate experience.
  • Advising: Serving as the central point of contact for all recruitment-related questions.
  • Projects: Actively participating in various projects.

 

Your Profile:

  • Background: We love diversity and look forward to getting to know you—regardless of whether you have a university degree or vocational training.
  • Experience: You are an experienced recruiter, ideally with a background in recruiting technical roles.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You know how to connect with people—your stakeholders value collaborating with you.
  • Languages: Excellent German skills and good English skills will help you thrive in our international organization.
  • Attributes: A reliable professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and great team spirit.
  • Mindset: You act proactively rather than reactively. You have the ability to handle high workloads without sacrificing quality, and you confidently drive processes forward.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to visit clients (approximately every two weeks) to support on-site interviews.
