(Senior) Product Manager / Product Owner – AI Agents

Role Summary

We are hiring a (Senior) Product Manager / Product Owner for AI Agents to lead the definition, roadmap, and global implementation of our AI agent strategy. Operating from our newly founded AI Hub, you will drive operational excellence by integrating cutting-edge AI solutions across diverse global markets to eliminate process friction.

 Geographic & Working Conditions 

• Primary Location: Diemen, The Netherlands (Global IT Hub).
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Candidates must be within commuting distance to the Diemen/Amsterdam office for regular in-office collaboration.
• Time Zone Alignment: This role requires full availability and alignment with Central European Time (CET) business hours.
• Right to Work: Candidates must possess valid, pre-existing work authorization for Europe/The Netherlands.

 What You Will Achieve

What is the primary purpose of this AI Product Manager role?

Your core mission is to act as a proactive leader who eliminates friction from Randstad’s front, mid-, and back-office operational processes through a well-integrated AI agent strategy.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities include?

• Strategy & Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and execute the features, enablers, and implementation roadmap for our global AI agent ecosystem.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Indirectly lead and manage initiative-specific, multidisciplinary teams composed of Data Scientists, Engineers, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts.
• Market Integration: Partner directly with local international markets to ensure seamless adoption, product enablement, and operational readiness.
• Operational Governance: Implement and review operational procedures, documentation, and policies to ensure absolute user clarity and consistency.

Key Metrics You'll Own

• Business Case Adherence: Ensuring all initiatives strictly align with predefined financial and organizational objectives.
• Product Adoption & Productivity: Measuring success based on how effectively markets adopt the AI tools and the resulting productivity gains achieved.

What You Need to Succeed 

• Experience: 5–7 years of proven Product Management experience, specifically possessing deep domain knowledge of AI solutions across front-, mid-, and back-office environments.
• Team Leadership: A proven track record of aligning and managing cross-functional, global teams using modern project methodologies.
• Acuity: Strong business strategy acumen blended with technical IT and AI literacy, alongside an analytical background in solutioning and data steering.
• Communication: Fluent, professional verbal and written English skills. (Proficiency in a second language spoken in our top 10 global markets is highly preferred) .
• Mindset: A curious, "outside-in" thinker who adopts innovations with courage, embraces ambiguity, and maintains a resilient, can-do attitude.

 Important Note on Role Differentiation: This is a Strategic & Operational AI Product Leadership role focused on scaling existing systems and process orchestration. It is NOT an entry-level prompt engineering or pure technical coding position. Internal candidates will be given preference.
