This is an opportunity for a sales-driven and personable Recruitment Consultant to join our energetic Industrial team in Hurstville. In this 360-degree, permanent full-time role, you will be empowered to expand your desk and fast-track your professional journey.

Operating in the vital Industrial sector across Sydney, you will recruit for various blue-collar positions, such as machine operators, pick-packers, and forklift drivers. Your daily activities will involve a mix of candidate care and strategic business development aimed at forming lasting bonds with local small-to-medium enterprises.

We seek a professional with a background in relationship-centered fields like customer service, retail, sports, or transport. You must thrive in high-energy settings and possess the ability to manage high-volume placements while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Effectiveness in this role requires clear communication and a proactive approach to the specific demands of the industrial market.

About You

  • Possession of a valid Driver's License for visiting client sites.
  • Hold full working rights within Australia.
