We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager/Operations Manager based in Belgium.

Senior Operations Manager will be part of the Client Account Management team responsible for delivering a premium MSP service and contractor sourcing to stakeholders across a large digital and IT client. The key focus of this role is to forge strong relationships, develop best practice recruitment processes and a collaborative high performing team culture, delivering best in class strategies on sourcing and cost savings to achieve both client KPI’s and Randstad's business goals while leading day to day operations. . 

What you will do:

• Lead and manage a Delivery Team across multiple locations - Belgium & Hydrabad, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
• Oversee the sourcing and contractor management  and supplier management  of the contingent workforce within client companies - direct sourcing experience is a benefit.
• Liaise with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to improve the recruitment process.
• Monitor P&L and manage budgets responsibly, including forecasting and expense management and costs saving
• Manage client relationships, conduct service reviews (QBRs), and address escalations promptly.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure account performance exceeds KPIs and SLAs, with accurate reporting and analysis.

What we would like you to have:

• Experience in  MSP is a must have 
• Preferred experience in contingent workforce management 
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client relationship management skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Experience using vendor management systems
• Applicant tracking system experience preferred 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels.
• Ability to develop sourcing strategies and sourcing through suppliers  and business plans
• Team leadership and Dutch and English language skills are essential
