We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Recruiter who will support our global technology partner in Budapest.

about the job

We are exclusively recruiting for a market-leading Randstad client: a global technology leader. As a Senior Sourcing Recruiter, you will focus on identifying and engaging top talent for commercial, online marketing, and sales roles. You will be joining a high-performance project team dedicated to excellence in recruitment operations and candidate engagement.

what you will do

• Collaborate with the on-site Talent Advisors, Hiring Managers to take full ownership of the candidate pipeline
• Source & screen candidates using various sourcing channels
• Conduct phone or video screening calls with the candidates
• Manage the full cycle of candidates, referrals, and talent pipelines
• Review incoming applications in the ATS system
• Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience
• Bring Market Insights to the meetings and educating stakeholders about the most appropriate recruitment strategy
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for candidate management and engagement

skills you will need

• Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven commitment to following established processes and strict SOPs.
• Previous experience in recruitment (tech, sales, or customer service roles).
• Experience in Workday, Linkedin Recruiter and/or LinkedIn Talent Insights is a plus
