How You Will Contribute
As the VP, Client Delivery, you will drive operational excellence within the Total Talent Solutions (TTS) business. Your mission is to provide consistency, scalability, efficiency, and discipline to our field operations and client services. You will act as an operational leader and influential voice across the organization, helping companies position for growth, execute on strategy, and improve business agility.
Your Typical Day Includes
- Analyzing Performance: Reviewing weekly productivity reports, tracking account metrics, and monitoring the TTS Compliance score to keep it above 95%.
- Strategic Advising: Recommending fulfillment strategies, order management techniques, and recruitment plans to account leaders to drive revenue generation and expand wallet share.
- Client & Partner Engagement: Cultivating strategic partnerships with clients and suppliers while managing the annual Net Promoter Score (NPS) program to constantly improve satisfaction.
- Collaborative Planning: Partnering with TTS leadership, solution design, and account PMOs to successfully execute additional revenue projects and launch new programs.
Your Responsibilities Include
Field Operations
- Establish and oversee operational standards and field steering KPIs on a weekly basis to achieve growth, profitability, and efficiency goals.
- Identify gaps in operational performance and establish targets, solutions, and action plans for improved account team results.
- Assess and recommend technology platforms and automation opportunities to optimize account team efficiencies and streamline compliance processes.
- Oversee new account setups to ensure program success, decrease ramp time, and accelerate revenue generation.
- Identify training gaps within teams and collaborate with the learning manager to develop training resources.
- Implement and monitor regulatory and compliance adjustments in cooperation with legal, human resources, and corporate functions.
Client Delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop account teams to deliver cost-effective service results that align directly with client business drivers.
- Ensure absolute adherence to contractual obligations, SLAs, and account performance metrics.
- Manage full P&L, track sales efforts against activity targets, control costs, and maximize business profits.
- Identify and implement new business revenue streams in close partnership with the Director of Business Development.
Your Background
- 10–15 years of combined business, staffing, and operations leadership experience.
- 5+ years of direct experience in field steering management.
- 8+ years of experience successfully managing and directing teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. An Advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering business results, driving growth, and making critical business decisions for a functional area.
- Proven experience navigating complex personnel performance information with high integrity and confidentiality.
- Willingness and ability to travel to all customer locations to conduct gap analyses and establish action plans.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$200,000.00

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
