The Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team as a global orchestrator and mentor! In this role, you will step into the driver’s seat to lead large-scale, multi-country, and global implementation projects. You will enjoy a high degree of independence, partnering directly with senior-level stakeholders and executives to bring complex solutions to life.

Location: Remote from UK, Poland or Hungary

Your Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

  • End-to-End Delivery: Lead and facilitate complex, cross-border, multi-regional, or global implementations for MSP, RPO, SOW, and Blended talent solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze client current-states to design optimized implementation roadmaps, phased rollouts, and realistic timelines.
  • Governance & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact at the Steering Board level; deliver regular status updates to senior RSR stakeholders, client executives, and technology partners.
  • Risk & Compliance: Identify, mitigate, and track project risks (RAID logs); ensure all contractual documentation is finalized efficiently to keep projects on track.
  • Tools & Analytics: Build and maintain project management infrastructure using Smartsheet and Google Workspace to track timesheets, reporting, and team accountability.

Leadership & People Management

  • Team Oversight: Direct the day-to-day activities of the project implementation team, managing capacity planning and resource allocation.
  • Talent Development: Coach, mentor, and upskill project managers and cross-functional teams; conduct performance management, rewards planning, and succession mapping.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit service quality, survey team output against client feedback, and implement structured development plans.
  • Escalation & Deputization: Act as the first line of escalation for clients and senior stakeholders, and step in to deputize for the Implementation Director/Lead when required.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Relationship Building: Foster high-level strategic relationships with client senior management, serving as their primary implementation partner.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Workstream Leads, SMEs, and systems implementation teams to ensure technology packages perfectly align with operational processes.

Business Growth & Continuous Improvement

  • Commercial Support: Attend sales presentations as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex implementations and provide critical input for bids and proposals.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify organic growth opportunities and additional revenue streams during implementation, relaying insights to operations leadership.
  • Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by updating implementation toolkits, methodologies, and standard ways of working.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience

  • Background: Bachelor’s or University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical business experience).
  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale implementations specifically within the RPO, MSP, and SOW sectors.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated capability to advise on, lead, and take complete ownership of end-to-end implementation processes and strategic issue resolution.

Technical & Domain Knowledge

  • Project Methodology: Deep understanding of structured project delivery, governance, and acceptance frameworks within fast-paced, agile corporate environments.
  • Change Management: Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kübler-Ross Change Curve) to smooth client transitions.
  • HR Tech Savvy: In-depth experience with industry-standard recruitment and HR ecosystems, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), VMS (Vendor Management Systems), and advanced project management platforms like Smartsheet.
