Randstad Sourceright EMEA has a Delivery Centre in Budapest, Hungary. The Delivery Centre consists of a Shared Recruitment Centre (SRC), a Shared Services Centre (SSC) and a Centre of Expertise (CoE). The SRC employs multilingual Recruiters and Sourcing recruiters who are striving to identify and engage with usually hard-to-find top-quality candidates. Working for a multi-country organization means working with clients and colleagues with different backgrounds. This results in a digital way of working and requires a pro-active mind-set.

At RiseSmart, we are looking for Job Hunters to join our international team. We don’t just find jobs; we find the right jobs for our candidates. Location: Budapest, Hungary
Hybrid set up: 1 day a week in the office

What You'll Do:

  • The Core Mission: "Reverse Sourcing", this role is distinct from standard recruitment. Instead of finding candidates for specific open corporate jobs, the Job Hunter finds companies for existing candidates.
  • Candidate Outplacement: Facilitate external outplacement within the Dutch market, managing candidates who have lost their jobs at collaborating companies.
  • Market Mapping & Proactive Outreach: Act directly on behalf of the candidates. Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other regional job boards to discover potential employment options and matching companies.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Conduct regular catch-up calls every 2 to 3 months with candidates to check in, build rapport, and refine their job search requirements.

 What we are looking for:

  • Someone who enjoys connecting people with opportunities 
  • Someone with a "can-do" mindset and loves working independently.
  • You are internet-savvy and familiar with (or eager to learn) advanced search methods.
  • You are based in or near Budapest and enjoy coming to the office once a week to connect with the team.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English  (written and spoken)
