Are you our new colleague? We’re looking for a Principal Executive Recruiter: 

Location: USA - West Coast Time Zone (Remote Friendly)

You will serve as a high-impact Strategic Talent Advisor, leveraging your expertise in research, candidate generation, and senior stakeholder management to navigate complex executive searches. This is more than a recruiting role; it is a Business Accelerator position where you will influence executive talent and leaders to make well-informed, data-driven decisions that shape the trajectory of a global technology platform.

how you will contribute

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Advisory: Serve as a lead advisor to internal stakeholders, deeply understanding business strategies to anticipate and fulfill talent needs for enterprise product transformation.
  • AI-Enabled Sourcing & Market Mapping: Execute high-velocity, proactive sourcing strategies using advanced AI tools and deep talent mapping to build passive pipelines for Engineering, Product, and GTM leadership.
  • Full Lifecycle Excellence: Manage the end-to-end executive search process, from initial research and search presentation materials to complex offer negotiations and executive onboarding.
  • Executive Stakeholder Influence: Consult and coach VPs and C-suite leaders on market realities, diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a best-in-class experience that delights both candidates and hiring teams.

your background

Qualifications

  • 10+ Years of Recruiting Mastery: Extensive experience in executive recruiting (Director level and above) within high-growth SaaS, FinTech, or technology environments.
  • AI Sourcing Fluency: Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled search tools and talent analytics to identify and engage top-tier leadership talent.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze talent market intelligence (ARR, LTV, CAC metrics) to inform next steps and influence senior executive hiring outcomes.
  • Inclusive Leadership Hiring: Proven track record of building diverse pipelines and delivering equitable outcomes in senior-level hiring journeys.
  • Collaborative Autonomy: Exceptional partnership skills combined with the confidence to lead complex searches independently with minimal supervision.
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 

Annual Base Salary:  100,000 to 165,000.00
