Sourcing Specialist

how you will contribute

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will promote sourcing and recruitment client initiatives to reach the best possible outcomes for both candidates and client partners. You will act as a creative thinker and innovator, driving the discovery and development of highly effective sourcing processes and business practices.

your responsibilities include

  • Managing sourcing efforts across multiple disciplines.
  • Maintaining a consultative approach to candidate engagement and retention.
  • Building strong relationships between candidates, clients, and recruiters.
  • Participating in intake calls and requisition reviews.
  • Creating and marketing compelling job postings.
  • Utilizing candidate assessment and selection techniques.
  • Collaborating on sourcing frameworks and executing various sourcing strategies.

your background

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Specialization: At least 3 years of experience specifically in a sourcing capacity.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Knowledge: Strong industry knowledge and expert-level compliance knowledge.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO, keywords, social tools, and the Google Suite (Mail, Calendaring, and Shared Drives).

The base salary range for this position is equivalent to $46,800-$72,800, this role pays hourly and is an RPO contractor position.
