An exciting opportunity has become available for a Talent Advisor. Based in Niepołomice, this role works closely with the TA manager and key business stakeholders as part of the Randstad Sourceright working for one of our clients from the aviation and engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic talent advisory and planning to support your stakeholders and business leaders
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand and define current requirements
• Initiate a range of sourcing activities to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client’s current and future demands but also mainly working on active candidates
• Engage hiring managers and candidates on a weekly basis, providing regular updates on the process.
• Compliantly work within Workday to input the correct data and statuses of candidates, making sure all data is correct in real time.
• Develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates
• Share market feedback and competitor intelligence to educate the hiring manager on supply & demand as needed

About You

• Preferred 2-3 years experience in recruitment
• In house or RPO experience a plus, or an agency background
• Preferred experience hiring within manufacturing/engineering/supply chain
• Willingness to hire both white and blue collars
• Highly organised and manages time effectively
• Open for working in hybrid mode (4 days onsite in Niepołomice)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• English and Polish fluent is a must
