about Job:

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting post-hire inquiries. Team Context: Customer Service Support, The Operations Specialist serves as a third-tier support system for managing various inquiries (including HR, payroll, benefits, IT, and VMS entries) following the onboarding phase.

primary responsibilities:   

  • Coordinate and manage the post-hire process for new employees.
  • Support high-volume post -hire questions for new-hires.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent experience for all new hires.
  • Serve as third-tier support, answering questions related to payroll, benefits, VMS, and HR.

required skill-set & qualifications: 

  • 3-4 years of work-experience in a recruitment or HR staffing firm. (pref. into HR Operations role)   
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and onboarding.
  • Ability to execute actions under a complex and high volume environment.
  • Passion for results, client-satisfaction and success of overall project.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Mindset.
  • Excellent Communication (both verbal and written).
  • Highly proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email applications.
  • Prioritizing, planning, coordinating, organizing, leading, and monitoring post-hire inquiries.

The base salary range for this position is equivalent to $43,680 - $47,840 this role pays hourly and is an RPO contractor position.
