Are you our new colleague? We’re looking for a MSP Sr. Specialist.

how you will contribute

As an MSP Sr. Specialist, you will be accountable for implementing and delivering a successful managed services program strategy. Your focus will be on meeting or exceeding spend, revenue, and profit targets while serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for non-FTE procurement. You will play a vital role in capturing market share and ensuring operational excellence through the execution of service level metrics.

your responsibilities include

  • Customer Service: Servicing the talent needs of assigned customers and maintaining a strong customer focus.
  • Strategic Implementation: Implementing strategies to capture market share and managing the delivery of products/services to achieve agreed end results.
  • Operational Management: Managing budgets, goals, objectives, and delivering processes to achieve service level metrics.
  • Leadership: Providing management including people development, team building, and mentoring.
  • Documentation: Describing and documenting project or client requirements with a high concern for quality.

your background

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects.
  • Executive Presence: Proven experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Google Mail, calendaring, and shared drives.

Salary Range: $54,055 - $77,100.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
