As a Business Support Consultant in our Brisbane CBD commercial team, you will take ownership of an exceptionally warm and high-performing 360-degree desk. This is a fast-paced role dedicated to placing essential talent—such as Executive Assistants, Receptionists, and Claims Administrators—across Brisbane’s busy banking, finance,insurance and professional sectors. Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.

About you

• A minimum of 2 years of Sales / agency recruitment experience
• You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
• A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
• As a positive and team-oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
• You are a high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results.
