工作内容： 
1. 负责对接各BU灵活用工招聘需求 
2. 负责每月跟踪考勤审批，费用结算，系统开票流程管理 
3. 负责临时员工全生命周期管理，包括招聘流程管理，人员入离职管理，员工关系管理等。 
4. 梳理项目流程并定期优化流程和SOP 
5. 进行人力资源数据运营分析，并定期为客户提供数据报告。 
6. 客户关系维护及深度开发。 
7. 供应商关系维护和管理 
任职要求： 
1． 英语流利，可作为工作语言； 
2． 1年及以上HR相关外资企业工作经验，人力资源公司项目管理相关经验优先； 
对灵活用工领域有热情，学习能力强的工作经验可放宽至应届毕业生。 
3． 熟悉人力资源相关法律法规； 
4． 细心，投入，有亲和力。 
 
Job Responsibilities 

• Responsible for liaising with various Business Units (BUs) regarding flexible staffing recruitment needs. 
• Responsible for monthly tracking of attendance approval, expense settlement, and system invoicing process management. 
• Responsible for the full life cycle management of temporary staff, including recruitment process management, onboarding and offboarding management, and employee relations management. 
• Organize project processes and regularly optimize processes and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). 
• Conduct human resources data operation analysis and regularly provide data reports to clients. 
• Client relationship maintenance and in-depth development. 
• Vendor relationship maintenance and management. 

Requirements 

• Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language. 
• 5 year or more of HR-related work experience in a foreign-invested enterprise; project management experience in an HR company is preferred. For candidates with passion and strong learning ability in the flexible staffing field, the experience requirement may be relaxed for fresh graduates. 
• Familiar with relevant human resources laws and regulations. 
• Meticulous (detail-oriented), dedicated (committed), and approachable (friendly/personable).
