Randstad: MSP Account Manager, Malvern, PA / Scottsdale, AZ 

Randstad, the global leader in HR solutions, is hiring an MSP Account Manager to join one of our largest MSP programs with a prestigious financial services institution.

In this full-time hybrid/onsite role, you will act as a dedicated Account Manager and main point-of-contact for our financial institution client. The role is responsible for requisition fulfillment and relationship management with staffing suppliers and hiring managers to maintain our

strategic partnership and promote program growth.

What you get to do:

The MSP Account Manager position includes both strategic and tactical components.  This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll partner with hiring managers, recruiting partners and suppliers in day-to-day operations across the following program areas:

• Ensure world-class operational excellence with client hiring managers by overseeing the end-to-end MSP requisition sourcing process, oversee daily operational processes both internal and with the client and championing continuous improvement initiatives.

• Partner with Internal Delivery Teams and Supplier Partners to identify qualified, high-level talent to fill open positions.

• Drive program transparency by providing critical visibility through robust financial and operational reporting, forecasting, and data-driven problem-solving to enable collaborative partnership

• Curate and maintain relationships with internal delivery teams and our supplier network for the MSP, constantly evaluating and expanding partner capabilities to guarantee optimal talent coverage and fulfillment rates across all laborcategories.

• Serve as a subject matter expert across diverse labor categories, including Creative/Marketing, Business Professional, High-Volume Call-Center, and Information Technology (IT), advising clients on market trends, appropriate rates, and effective talent sourcing strategies for each specialized vertical.

What you need to bring:

• Ability to work within Malvern, PA or Scottsdale, AZ
  
  
• If in Malvern or Scottsdale area, working a hybrid schedule 2-days onsite and as needed based on client needs

• 2-3 years of Staffing Industry Experience (Recruiting/Account Management)

• Ideally, at least 1+ year experience working within an MSP Program Office supporting a dedicated client(s)

• VMS Experience (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN, VNDLY etc.)
  
  
• Google Suite experience preferred
  
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively work with hiring managers, suppliers, and candidates

• A high sense of urgency with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
