As a Project Manager within our SIMS division, you are the first "face to the client," setting the stage for future collaboration. You will direct and manage large-scale, multi-country implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Your work helps companies position for growth and improve business agility by delivering specialized talent solutions globally.

 

your typical day includes

  • Directing Implementations: Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, multi-regional projects for RPO, MSP, and SOW solutions.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Leading meetings and building strong business relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.

  • Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential project risks and issues, providing an audit trail of accountability and regular status reports.

  • Team Leadership: Managing implementation team activities and providing mentorship or "buddy support" to new colleagues.

  • Process Improvement: Driving continuous improvements in tools and methods while ensuring the project team updates relevant documentation like RAID logs and timesheets.

your responsibilities include

  • Facilitating cross-border implementations and ensuring a smooth transition from Business Development to Operations.

  • Ensuring contractual documentation is completed in a timely manner to keep projects on track.

  • Acting as the first point of escalation for clients and senior stakeholders during the implementation phase.

  • Supporting internal customers and workstream leads to ensure all service delivery needs are met.

  • Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for sales presentations and guidance for bids and proposals.

your background

  • Education: Bachelor or University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent business experience.

  • Experience: 2-5 years of project management experience specifically managing complex implementations within the RPO, MSP, and SOW industry. Must have MSP experience for this role.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of VMS, ATS, or similar recruitment/HR systems.

  • Tooling: Demonstrated skills in Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar project management tools.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel both regionally and globally.

The base salary range for this position is $104,000 - 120,000, this role pays hourly and is an W2 contractor position. 

 

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
