About Randstad Enterprise Solutions

Randstad Enterprise Solutions—encompassing Randstad Sourceright, Randstad Enterprise Group, and Randstad RiseSmart—is a global leader in talent strategy. We help enterprise clients execute business strategy and improve agility through a broad spectrum of talent solutions, including RPO, MSP, SOW, and skilling/coaching.

Our Strategic Implementation & Management Services (SIMS) department is the engine behind our global deals. We manage the entire lifecycle from sales and contracting to implementation and hypercare, ensuring every solution is executed professionally, on budget, and rooted in value creation.

The Role: Client Enablement Partner

The Client Enablement Partner serves as the critical technical "bridge" between Sales, Solutions Design, and Service Design. In this high-impact, senior-level role, you will ensure that every global solution sold is technically viable, operationally scalable, and primed for long-term commercial growth.

Core Objectives

  • Solution Architecture: Translate complex client requirements into "best practice" technical programs during contracting.

  • Global Governance: Lead the project lifecycle from kickoff to steady-state, maintaining accountability through the Global Steering Committee.

  • Strategic Growth: Identify "future state" opportunities during implementation to create revenue-generating roadmaps for clients.

  • Operational Readiness: Mitigate risk through rigorous change control and ensure seamless handoffs to the Delivery/Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. The Architect Phase (Pre-Award)
  • Draft technical RFP responses and author the "how-to" for complex global requirements.

  • Lead technical "deep-dives" with client stakeholders (CIOs, HR Tech Leads) to build trust.

  • Review Statements of Work (SOWs) to define implementation timelines and "out-of-scope" boundaries.
  1. The Leader Phase (Implementation)
  • Chair the Global Steering Committee, reporting on project health, risks, and budget to client executives.

  • Evaluate and manage Change Process Requests (CRs) to ensure "scope creep" is documented and priced correctly.

  • Trigger SIMS functions for resource allocation and client readiness mobilization.

  1. The Strategist Phase (Stabilization & Growth)
  • Manage "Hypercare" war rooms during the first 30–90 days post-launch to resolve critical issues.

  • Develop strategic roadmaps identifying at least two upsell or expansion opportunities per major implementation.

  • Lead the formal handoff to Operations, ensuring all process maps and troubleshooting guides are provided.

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Education

  • University/Post Graduate degree or equivalent professional ability.

  • 7 years of significant professional experience working in complex matrix environments across multiple geographies.

  • Proven track record of developing strategic relationships and managing/motivating teams.

  • Expertise in interpreting strategy to deliver objectives within medium to long time frames.

Core Competencies

  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Talent Ecosystems (VMS, ATS, HRIS), API flows, and data mapping.

  • Global Governance: Working knowledge of global data regulations such as GDPR, LGPD, and PIPL.

  • Commercial Acumen: A "hunter" mindset for revenue identification and proficiency in value realization/ROI tracking.

  • Diplomatic Influence: High EQ to navigate diverse business cultures and the ability to be the "voice of truth" for C-suite stakeholders.

  • Operational Excellence: Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) and a "firefighter" mindset for stabilization.

Role Requirements & Constraints

  • Mobility: Global travel is required for this role.

  • Alignment: Requires strict alignment across global workstreams.

  • Accountability: You will be measured on Go-Live precision (< 5% variance), Hypercare exit rates (Zero P1/P2 tickets), and user adoption.
