how you will contribute

As our Global General Counsel, you will serve as the strategic legal partner to the CEO of Enterprise and Executive Committee. You will ensure Randstad Enterprise navigates the complex global landscape with commercial agility and integrity, acting as a business enabler to secure long-term partnerships and sustainable growth.

your typical day

You will collaborate closely with global legal teams to align strategy and standards. You will partner with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to implement complex multi-country contracts while leading a high-performing global legal function and driving digital transformation within the department.

your responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Contributing to overall business strategy as a core Executive Committee member.
  • Commercial Enablement: Overseeing negotiation of complex MSAs for MSP, RPO, and SOW solutions.
  • AI & Data Governance: Building frameworks for algorithmic accountability, bias mitigation, and global data compliance.
  • Legal Operations: Driving digital transformation and automating workflows within the legal department.
  • Risk & Compliance: Maintaining a global risk framework tailored to the staffing industry and upholding company ethics.

your background

  • Qualified solicitor or attorney with 15+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Significant experience in a senior in-house leadership role.
  • Proven track record in the staffing and HR services industry, specifically with MSP and RPO models.
  • Experience managing legal affairs across EMEA, North America, and APAC.
