Are you our new colleague? We’re looking for a 

HR Specialist / Generalist (French Speaking)

 

Location: Budapest, 13th District (Randstad GCC - Global Capability Center)

Hybrid: 1 office day per week

 

how you will contribute

  • You’ll be the engine of our HR operations for the French market. By managing everything from onboarding to contract drafting with total precision, you ensure our people are supported and our processes stay compliant with French labor law.

your typical day includes

  • You might start by auditing Workday data, move on to drafting a complex contract amendment, and finish by coordinating work-study campaigns or resolving a payroll query. You'll be the go-to person for employees navigating their administrative journey.

your responsibilities include

  • Onboarding & Compliance: Handling DPAE filings, work authorizations for non-EU staff, and ensuring all new hire files are audit-ready.
  • Contract Management: Drafting employment contracts and amendments (NAO, retirement, transfers) in line with legal and group standards.
  • HRIS Administration: Managing the full employee lifecycle in Workday—from hiring and job changes to absences and final settlements (STC).
  • Employee Support: Managing benefits (meal vouchers, transport), salary advances, and medical visit scheduling.
  • Early Careers: Driving the admin side of work-study programs, including Cerfa forms, OPCO/AKTO follow-ups, and school invoicing.

your background

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar HR Generalist or Administrative role.
  • Legal Savvy: Strong knowledge of French Labor and Social Law.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow is a major plus.
  • Languages: Professional fluency in both French and English.
  • Work Rights: You must already possess the legal right to work in Hungary.
  • Operational Excellence: You know how to implement and follow strict HR procedures.
  • Digital Fluency: You’re comfortable navigating complex HRIS environments like Workday.
  • Legal Drafting: You can translate legal requirements into clear contractual documents.

  • You’ll work closely with new hires, HR Business Partners, and Managers, while acting as a bridge to our Payroll department and external French administrations.
