MSP Program Director

 

Location: Remote (PST office hours required) with required travel to client site in California based on business needs (minimum of quarterly travel).

As the MSP Program Director, you will drive profitable growth for a large managed services program. You will identify and drive strategic initiatives while providing operational direction to ensure consistent delivery of contract terms and KPIs. You will be responsible for P&L management, high-level client relationship management, and leading account teams to optimize delivery.

  • Managing client relationships with executive stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Partnering to ensure the profitability of the business and overseeing cost controls.
  • Creating innovative employment solutions and driving program growth through new strategic initiatives.
  • Leading and developing account teams to optimize client delivery and excellence.

  • Providing visibility through detailed reporting and forecasting to enable strong partnerships.
  • Ensuring the recruiting team’s talent pipeline aligns strictly with client needs.
  • Maximizing tools for recruitment, selection, and retention of talent.

your background

key capabilities:

 

  • Previous MSP Experience: Proven track record as a Program Manager, Operations Manager, or Program Director.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use data to create actionable outcomes and solve complex challenges.

  • Strategic Autonomy: The ability to prioritize and invest your time effectively without constant direction.
  • Executive Presence: History of presenting business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
  • Client Mastery: Demonstrated ability to identify needs, adjust expectations, and solve complex client situations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled with Google Mail, calendaring, shared drives, and organizational tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
