Are you our new colleague? We’re looking for an MSP Program Director.

 

how you will contribute

As a senior subject matter expert and leader, you will drive profitable growth for a mid-size managed services program while advising executive stakeholders on effectively leveraging contingent talent. You will balance hands-on program ownership with analytical rigor, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the complex, global program lifecycle.

 

your typical day includes

  • Providing operational direction, guidance, and oversight to ensure consistent delivery of contract terms, KPIs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Managing the program's P&L, identifying opportunities for account growth, and introducing additional service offerings.
  • Spearheading continuous process improvements to optimize efficiency, maintain compliance, and elevate the overall stakeholder experience.
  • Directing, mentoring, and empowering the Account team to ensure exceptional client delivery and a strong partnership.

 

your responsibilities include

  • Program Ownership & Optimization: Manage executive client relationships, direct the evolution of the contingent workforce program for global scalability, and formalize governance protocols across all activities (intake, onboarding, extensions, and offboarding).
  • Vendor Strategy & Partnership: Cultivate strategic relationships with staffing partners, implement vendor strategies, and manage performance metrics and SLAs to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and strict accountability.
  • Compliance, Risk & Governance: Ensure all contingent workforce practices strictly align with U.S. and global employment laws; collaborate with Legal and Global SMEs to proactively mitigate co-employment and worker misclassification risks.
  • Business Growth & Sales Support: Drive profitable account growth and provide sales assistance with closing new account business.

 

your background

  • Previous global MSP experience as a Program Director or Program Manager.
  • Proven experience managing and expanding Statement of Work (SOW) expertise within an MSP environment.
  • Demonstrated history of prior team management experience, with a track record of directing, mentoring, and developing account teams.
  • History of successfully presenting business reviews, workforce strategies, and data-driven insights to executive client groups and key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Our employment conditions reflect this;

  • competitive salary: Base range of $119,000 - $130,000 (based on experience, education, and location).
  • variable pay for performance: Variable pay comprised of performance based bonus plan and commission
