The MSP Program Director will drive profitable growth for a large managed services program; identify and drive strategic initiatives; provide operational direction and guidance to ensure consistent delivery of contract terms and KPIs; management of P&L; high level client relationship management; team management; account growth and identification of additional service offerings within the account; sales assistance with closing new account business.

What you need to bring:

• Previous MSP experience as the Program Manager, Operations Manager or Program Director
• Experience using data to create actionable outcomes that solve challenges
• The ability to know where you should invest your time without direction
• History of presenting business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups
• Demonstrated ability to identify client’s needs and to deliver or adjust expectations
• A history of solving complex client situations
• Impressive professionalism and communication skills

• Proficiency with tech, calendaring, organizational tools
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

The base salary range for this position is $102,593 - $157,156  and based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/ or commission(s)..
