Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business? Our Loganholme Industrial team is looking for a high-energy Consultant to build a desk from the ground up. This isn’t a role for a "passenger"—it’s for a proactive hunter who loves cold calling and the satisfaction of closing a deal.

The Opportunity

As a recruitment consultant, you will be taking over a desk with massive growth potential. Your mission is to partner with Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across the transport, manufacturing, and warehousing sectors. You’ll be placing high-demand talent like forklift operators, machine operators, and laborers in a fast-paced environment where speed of delivery is the key to success.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively identify and bring on new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
• Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
• Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
• High level of sales & business development.

What You Bring

• A background in Sales or Recruitment is essential. Experience within the Transport, Manufacturing, or Warehousing sectors is highly regarded.
• You are outcome-focused, comfortable with cold calling, and enjoy being out in the field visiting clients.
• You value stability and consistency, thriving within our core hours of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• You are resourceful and hold yourself accountable to KPIs and high service standards. (Note: A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required for client visits, with mileage reimbursed).
