About the Role

We are seeking a highly technical and autonomous Business/Data Analyst to help driving our global talent acquisition and reporting strategy. This position requires a professional capable of moving beyond simple data extraction to independently design and execute data strategies that inform critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Analysis: Take full ownership of reporting responsibilities for RO and FISA.
  • Data Strategy and Autonomy: Work independently to develop and implement a full data strategy from high-level requests (e.g., determining which roles are suitable for talent pooling). You must be able to determine what data points are necessary to make data-based decisions without needing detailed instructions on specific formulas.
  • Data Sourcing: Pull and analyze complex data primarily from systems including Fieldglass (vendor management) and Talent Radar.
  • Data Simplification: Handle, analyze, and simplify large amounts of data so that individuals not proficient in Excel can easily understand the analysis and resulting decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced Analytical Capability: Must be a technical person capable of creating, filtering, and understanding how to retrieve expected data. This role requires a hands-on experience with specific reporting tools and the ability to extract reliable data
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel is required for all reporting tasks
  • Independence: Proven ability to work mostly independently to generate a data strategy based on high-level requests
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory

Nice to Have

  • Industry Knowledge: Background knowledge in HR or a pharmaceutical company.
  • Language: Fluency in German is a plus, but not required, as the internal team and clients communicate in English

What can you expect in return?

  • An empathetic culture and supportive leadership who prioritise your well-being and personal development
  • Competitive basic salary plus annual bonus and full benefit package
  • Ability to grow in multiple areas in the company. We offer internal career opportunities, international mobility and a fully flexible working environment.
  • Being part of a culture of inclusion and belonging: we value the diversity that our people bring to our workplace and communities.

If you are passionate about bringing people and organisations together and want to be part of a global organisation with development opportunities, we would love to hear from you so please apply now!

We are an inclusive employer and should you require any reasonable adjustments in order to complete any aspect of the recruitment process, please contact the Internal Talent Acquisition (ITA) team.
