We are looking for Talent Advisors to join our client from BIG 4.

Location: Working remotely from Poland.

What you will do:

• You will manage the sourcing process for tax and law profiles 
• Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners 
• Source top talent across Poland
• Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements

What we would like you to have:

• Previous end to end experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment
• Experienced sourcing passive profiles - strong sourcing skills 
• AI open approach - experience utilizing on daily bases is a must 
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Advisory approach 
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
• Being proactive, autonomous.
• Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to join us latest 1st of June 2026.
