MSP Talent Advisor (Toronto)

 

The MSP Talent Advisor will be responsible for owning and growing the MSP program across Canada, with a strong focus on governance of the blue-collar manufacturing business, account expansion for white-collar & creative, stakeholder engagement, and program build-out.

This role requires a highly independent professional who can operate autonomously, build relationships, and identify growth opportunities within an established global beauty account.

Key Responsibilities

Account Ownership & Growth

  • Own the end-to-end MSP program across Canada, acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders
  • Drive account growth by identifying opportunities to bring external agency or rogue spend under the MSP program
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to increase program adoption and utilization
  • Proactively identify gaps, trends, and opportunities within the workforce strategy

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR, and client leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on hiring trends, market dynamics, and workforce strategies
  • Influence stakeholders to align with MSP processes and best practices

Program Implementation & Build-Out

  • Support the build and evolution of the MSP program, including process creation and optimization
  • Operate with a high level of autonomy in establishing structure, workflows, and best practices
  • Contribute to new implementations and ongoing program enhancements

Operational Oversight & Governance

  • Oversee governance for blue-collar manufacturing sites (approx. 15–20% of role), including vendor management and escalations
  • Ensure compliance with MSP processes, service delivery standards, and contractual expectations
  • Serve as an escalation point for operational issues and drive resolution

Collaboration with Global Teams

  • Partner with US-based leadership and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency across regions
  • Translate global strategy into effective local execution

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in MSP, RPO, staffing, or workforce solutions
  • 2 years working within an MSP
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Proven experience in account management, stakeholder engagement, and program ownership
  • Demonstrated success in business development or account growth within an existing client (warm BD)
  • Experience with new implementations, program build-outs, or scaling operations strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in an evolving environment
  • Strong influencing and communication skills

Location & Travel Requirements

  • Must be based in or near Toronto, Canada, with the ability to commute to:
    • Toronto office
    • Scarborough and Markham sites (as needed)
  • Initial on-site presence of 2–3 days per week, transitioning to 1–2 days per week
  • Monthly site visits required

Pay range: 70,000-85,000
