Senior Client Partner

Global Intelligence Team

Location: EMEA

About the Role

The Global Intelligence Team is seeking a highly strategic and client-facing Senior Client Partner to manage our North American (NAM) portfolio. This pivotal role will be embedded within our enterprise accounts, providing proactive, data-backed intelligence to drive business strategy for some of our largest clients.

This is a senior-level position that requires thought leadership and a consultative approach. You will be instrumental in the success of a strong and diverse client portfolio, including new wins and existing major accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring all intelligence efforts are aligned with key business decisions, not merely fulfilling data requests as an "order picker."
  • Work Scoping and Translation: Take client requests, thoroughly scope the work, and translate it into a clear research plan for our large team of data consultants.
  • Insight Generation: Transform raw data findings into compelling narratives and commercial insights, lifting information from data to a client-contextualized story.
  • Client Management: Own the client relationship lifecycle. This includes navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, managing professional pushback with confidence, and maintaining delivery excellence across multiple global workstreams.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking someone who is strong in both client-facing communication and data literacy.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Client-Facing Expertise: Proven ability in front-facing duties, including presenting and delivering data insights to external clients or senior internal stakeholders.
  • Recruitment World Knowledge: A comprehensive, basic understanding of the recruitment and talent acquisition world, including concepts such as attrition and tenure.
  • Data Familiarity: Familiarity with data tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights) and the capability to understand the process of pulling data, pattern finding, and synthesizing findings.
  • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional capability for strategic thinking, scoping complex work, and focusing on the underlying business decision a client is trying to drive.
