purpose of the job

Leads the function responsible for transforming raw data into proactive, actionable insights for business stakeholders. This role acts as the critical bridge between the technical data team and key operational leaders, ensuring that strategic data products, such as Talent Radar and BI monitoring, are effectively leveraged to drive planning, workforce management, and client partnership success. The core objective is to move the organization toward predictive and prescriptive decision-making.

key responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Consultation

  • Client Partnership: Establish and maintain robust relationships with client partners to drive proactive monitoring and actionable insights based on data.
  • Operational Alignment: Partner with Operations (ops) and Hiring Managers (HM) to provide data consultation that informs proactive Workforce Management (WFM) and Purchase Order (PO) planning.
  • Consultative Approach: Serve as the expert consultant for business leaders, translating complex analytical findings into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Operational Alignment & Efficiency: In collaboration Global Data Ops to partner with the PC&E team within Opex to align data-driven insights with standardized
  • operational workflows, ensuring strategic recommendations are both compliant and optimized for peak performance
  • Productivity & Growth Enablement: In collaboration with Global Data Ops & Talent Intelligence to drive measurable growth and productivity by identifying untapped opportunities in talent data, leveraging predictive analytics to optimize workforce management and resource allocation for both internal operations and global client accounts.

Data Application & Intelligence

  • Data Product Enablement: Ensure the effective utilization and adoption of strategic data products, including Talent Radar and BI monitoring.
  • Advanced Analytics: Drive the application of data to achieve predictive and prescriptive Management Information (MI).
  • Value Realization: Track and communicate the measurable business impact and value realized through the successful deployment of data intelligence across different functional groups.

Leadership & Governance

  • Lead the team (30+) responsible for managing the data relationship across various business units.
  • Collaborate with data governance and engineering teams to ensure data quality meets the needs of client-facing insights.

  • Take responsibility for the implementation of the team's performance management systems.
  • Ensure all people management processes are carried out in line with company policy.

education & experience

  • University/Post-Graduate degree in Business, Economics, Data Strategy, or relevant field.
  • Proven track record leading a client-facing data or business intelligence consultation team.
  • Deep experience leveraging BI tools and analytical insights to influence operational decisions (WFM, planning, etc.).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical executive audiences.
  • Experience working in an enterprise data environment focusing on large-scale talent or market data is highly desirable.

The base salary range for this position is $161,250.00- $258,000.00.
