We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Melbourne Business Support team. This is a White Collar specialist role sitting within the CPE (Construction, Property & Engineering), Trades, and Industrial sectors. You will be stepping into a high-performing dual desk—managing office-based and operational roles for our industrial clients with existing key accounts, active billings, and a healthy temp flow. We’re looking for a high energy operator who can hit the ground running and maximize this desk's significant growth potential.

What you'll be doing:

• Cold calling clients and selling Randstad’s services.
• Building, growing and nurturing your own client accounts.
• Screening, interviewing, and matching candidates to open roles.
• Consulting candidates and clients on the recruitment process.
• Updating the internal system with candidate and client information.
• Growing a strong client base through creative marketing activities.

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant or Principal Recruitment Consultant.
• You genuinely love the sales side of recruitment. You’re driven and motivated by commission.
• You love to work in a busy environment.
• Works well in a cohesive and cooperative team environment.
• Have a valid driver’s licence and your own car.
