Talent Advisor (Hebrew Speaking) – Tech Recruitment

We are currently pipelining for Talent Advisors to join the tech recruitment team for one of our prestigious global accounts. This role is focused on supporting technical hiring within the EMEA region.

Location:Remote (UK Based)

What you will do:

• Delivery: Manage the recruitment process for high-volume and niche tech vacancies.
• Strategic Partnership: Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and recruitment advice.
• Market Specialist: Hire top-tier tech talent across EMEA, utilizing your linguistic skills to penetrate the Hebrew-speaking market.
• Experience Management: Ensure a high-class standard of client experience, tailoring recruitment solutions based on specific technical requirements.
• Tech Stack: Utilize advanced sourcing tools, AI technology, and CRM insights to identify passive talent.

What we are looking for:

• Language Skills: Professional fluency in Hebrew and English is essential. You must be comfortable conducting calls and negotiating in both languages.
• Tech Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence senior leadership and provide a high-touch, "white-glove" recruitment service.
• Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate complex hiring landscapes across different geographies.
