Project Manager - Strategic Delivery Office

Location: Remote EMEA

Are you ready to drive strategic, long-term value for global life sciences leaders?

The Strategic Delivery Office (SDO), is seeking a confident and strategically-minded Project Manager to join our dedicated team. We are not a traditional professional services team focused on large-scale, multi-country implementation projects. Instead, we are dedicated to the delivery of strategic, medium-to-long-term value across our key global life sciences accounts.

What you'll be doing:

The core thread of this role is end-to-end project management in a dynamic, client-facing environment. You will be instrumental in:

  • Strategic Project Delivery: Confidently setting up, running, and delivering complex, strategic projects without the need for an extensive support team. You're not afraid to "get your hands dirty."
  • Driving Value and Growth: Focusing on initiatives that bring long-term strategic value to our clients.
  • Client Engagement & Consultation: Serving as a client-facing contact, capable of being strategic, consultative, and challenging clients when necessary to achieve the best outcomes.

What we're looking for:

  • Essential: Confidence and proven experience in end-to-end project management.
  • Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, consultative approach, strong client-facing presence, and the ability to challenge stakeholders.
  • Desirable Backgrounds/Skills:
    • A background as a Business Analyst is a superb skill set, enabling the team to better articulate value delivery, metrics, and Return on Investment (ROI).
    • MSP (Managed Service Provider) and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) experience is a distinct advantage.

If you are a hands-on project manager who thrives in a strategic environment, values long-term organizational impact, and is ready to work across a range of high-profile life sciences accounts, we encourage you to apply.
