Randstad Sourceright is excited to recruit a new Expert Talent Advisor to support the UCB account!

We are looking for a passionate recruiter who wants to make a real impact by helping find talent that contributes to innovative treatments for people living with severe diseases. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and guiding candidates who share this mission.

About the Role

As an Expert Talent Advisor, you will support our client, a global biopharmaceutical company that promotes collaboration and curiosity that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds. , You will be a strategic advisor and  manage end‑to‑end recruitment for various key roles across  Europe.

What You Will Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse roles across Europe
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, offering market insights and best practices
• Collaborate closely with sourcing teams and shared service centers to identify top talent
• Drive process improvements, including offer management and onboarding initiatives
• Ensure excellent stakeholder management through clear and proactive communication

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and global stakeholder management
• Experience in RPO is a strong advantage
• Solutions minded, proactive , empathetic, and service‑oriented
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.
• Willing to work 2 days per week on‑site in anderlecht
